Sharing and substitute links

Use Share at the top of the sidebar (or the planbook’s Settings → Sharing).

People

• Viewer reads. Commenter reads and comments. Editor changes lessons (Pro).
• Limit someone to some classes, for a co-teacher or an interventionist.
• An invite waits for the person to sign in with that email.

Read-only links

For a principal, a coach or a substitute: no sign-in needed. Choose the classes, the dates and the sections it shows, and when it stops working. You can see who has viewed it, by day, and turn it off at any time.

For a sub

Make a link with just the days you will be out and the sections a sub needs, set it to expire the day after, and send it with your sub packet.
