For principals and coaches

See the plans without asking for them.

Your teachers already plan. TeachDay lets them do it in one place you can read: this week’s lessons, what the standards tally says, and the sub packet for tomorrow, without a stack of emailed PDFs or a Friday deadline.

What changes for your building

  • Plans you can read

A teacher shares a read-only link, or adds you as a viewer or commenter. Leave a comment on a lesson; it is still there next week.

  • Standards on track

Each class’s coverage, and the gaps with time left to close them. Reports export for the coach or the district.

  • Grade-level teams

A team plans a unit once and it lands on each teacher’s calendar, on each teacher’s own schedule.

  • Sub days that work

Routines, where things are and the day’s lessons in one packet; emergency plans ready to swap in.

  • When the calendar changes

An early release or a snow day becomes one previewed push per teacher, not an afternoon of re-dating.

  • Teachers keep their work

Every planbook exports completely, any time, so a teacher who moves on takes their plans with them.

What it will not do: rank teachers, block a teacher from saving until a field is filled in, or turn plans into a compliance dashboard. Standards are tracked, never policed.

Privacy: teachers only

  • TeachDay holds lesson plans and schedules. There are no student accounts, rosters, grades or student-facing pages.
  • No ads, no selling data, no tracking scripts. We count how often things happen, never who did them.
  • We are willing to sign the Student Data Privacy Consortium’s National Data Privacy Agreement, even though there is little student data for it to cover.
  • Every planbook exports completely, at any time, on every plan.

Buying: a purchase order, not a credit card

  1. Ask for a pilot: your team or building uses TeachDay for a marking period.
  2. We send a quote and our W-9. School is $24 per teacher a year, 5 seats or more; admin seats are free.
  3. You send a purchase order. We invoice on Net 30 terms.
  4. Teachers already on Pro move onto the school’s seats; nothing in their planbooks changes.

A district with several schools? Districts are priced by quote. Single sign-on and district-wide reports are on the way; ask what is ready today.

Start with one team.

The best pilots are a grade-level team that already plans together. Tell us who they are and when setup week is; we will help them get their rotation in on day one.
